About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our nimble, passionate team and serve as a day-to-day lead for one of our major streaming clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves Entertainment and Pop Culture, thrives in a high-paced environment, and can effortlessly manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from kickoff to launch. As a key collaborator between clients, filmmakers/producers, and internal teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life — balancing strategic thinking, creative intuition, and hands-on project management — all while shaping the future of a growing agency with big ambitions.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the relationship with a major streamer as an integrated marketing and project management resource.
Oversee a pipeline of marketing campaigns from kickoff through premiere, managing timelines and collaborating with internal teams, filmmakers, and executives to ensure smooth execution across projects.
Serve as a key point of contact for filmmakers and producers, managing a collaborative process to develop core campaign materials (key art, trailers, etc. in partnership with in-house creative teams)
Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from positioning alignment and creative development to asset approvals and releases.
Lead the development of social strategy, shaping content plans, creative approaches, and platform execution to build audience engagement and drive growth.
Recap and communicate client feedback related to strategy, creative, and overall marketing plans.
Support in presenting client deliverables.
Serve as a strategic and creative resource across campaigns and client opportunities, contributing to marketing strategy, creative ideation, and client-facing deliverables.
Manage and mentor a supporting Coordinator/Manager.
Requirements
5–7 years of marketing and management experience, ideally in-house at a major entertainment company, with a strong understanding of strategy, social, creative development, and project management.
A passion for Entertainment, Pop Culture, Internet Trends, and Documentaries, with a natural instinct for what moves culture and audiences.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and matrixed teams with professionalism, clarity, and calm — including experience managing timelines, trackers, and client communications.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing agency, with interest in contributing to creative ideation, trend research, insights development, social strategy, and more across our diverse client mix.
A collaborative partner and clear communicator who can balance client needs with internal resourcing, and who is open to occasional travel (3–4 times per year).
